Clarity, Steady Guidance and Partnership: Where Three Stone Projects serves Clients and Vendors
Part 3 of 3: Clarity, Steady Guidance and Partnership: Where Three Stone Projects serves Clients and Vendors
I started Three Stone Projects for one reason:
- I’ve been on both sides of a WMS implementation—and I’ve seen where things break.
I’ve led operations that needed systems to scale.
I’ve worked inside distribution centers where downtime wasn’t an option.
I’ve been part of projects where scope, budget, and timelines were very real constraints.
That experience shapes how I work.
For clients, it means:
- Honest preparation before configuration begins
- Clear ownership and expectations
- Operational discipline that supports the system
For vendors, it means:
- A counterpart who speaks the client's and the vendor's language
- Clear, stable requirements
- Realistic timelines
- Faster, better-informed decisions
In short: a client that’s actually ready for the operational & technical work of implementation and success.
Because the goal isn’t just to implement software. It’s to build an operation that can run it well. Successful WMS projects don’t end at go-live.
They end when:
- Knowledge is transferred
- Teams are confident
- The business is stronger than when the project started
That’s where clarity, structure, and steady guidance matter most.
And that’s exactly where I focus. I would invite you to contact me through my web site, here in LinkedIn or email me at: Wesley@ThreeStoneProjects.com.
Clients: If you’re preparing for a WMS implementation, or already in one and feeling the strain, reach out. We can assess where you are, what’s missing, and what it will take to move forward with confidence.
Vendors: If your projects are slowing down due to client readiness, let’s talk. I can help bridge the gap so your teams can execute cleanly and deliver the outcomes you’re aiming for.
